Subcontracting Goals
Definition
The federal government sets annual small business subcontracting goals: 23% overall to small business, 5% to SDB, 5% to WOSB, 3% to HUBZone, and 3% to SDVOSB. Prime contractors with subcontracting plans must establish their own goals consistent with these targets and report achievement in eSRS.
