Definition
Certified Cost or Pricing Data (formerly "cost or pricing data") is cost/pricing information that is accurate, complete, and current as of the date of agreement on price. Required for negotiated contracts over $2M (TINA threshold) unless an exception applies. Submission triggers defective pricing liability under the Truth in Negotiations Act.
